Products are scented only with named essential oils such as lavender, sweet orange and cedarwood, never "parfum", and there are fragrance-free options for sensitive skin, including Pure Nourishing Body & Face Oil and Licky Lips Rescue Balm. Every order is made by hand in small batches in Berkshire and dispatched within 5 working days.

We choose pure essential oils because they're beautiful — each one brings its own scent, its own character, its own skin benefit. And because we use the real thing, we can name every single one on the label.

Nothing to decode, nothing to guess at. Just plants, doing what plants do best. Most brands use one word — parfum — to cover their entire fragrance blend. We just name the oils instead.

Where are Audere Pure products made?

Every Audere Pure product is made by hand in small batches in Berkshire, UK, and made to order. Founder Audrey Hayes makes every batch.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 5 working days, with free UK delivery. For Christmas, order by 17 December.

Do you have fragrance-free products?

Yes. Pure Nourishing Body & Face Oil and Licky Lips Rescue Balm are completely fragrance-free, and Magnesium Body Butter and The Silk Bar come in an unscented option.

What does "every ingredient named" mean?

Most brands list their whole scent blend as one word: parfum. Audere Pure never uses parfum. Every essential oil is named in full on the label, so you know exactly what is on your skin.

Are your products suitable for children?

Many Audere Pure products are made for the whole family, from tweens to adults, and Licky Lips Rescue Balm is suitable from age 3. Each product page says who it is for.

Are Audere Pure products safety assessed?

Yes. Every formula has an independent Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) under UK cosmetics regulations.

Can I send a product as a gift?

Yes. Every order can include a free printed gift card message, and orders of two or more products are gift wrapped free. Businesses can order co-branded gift sets from 10 units through corporate gifting.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not at the moment. Audere Pure currently delivers within the UK only.
