1. Introduction
These Terms of Service apply between you, the User of this website (including any sub-domains unless expressly excluded by their own terms), and Audere Pure Limited, owner and operator of this website www.auderepure.com.
By accessing or using this Website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through this Website.

3. Products
Audere Pure products are handmade skincare products made in small batches using natural or naturally derived ingredients.
Our products are cosmetic products only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical conditions.
Full ingredient lists are provided on individual product pages.
Because skincare products can affect individuals differently, we recommend performing a patch test before full use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order through our Website, you are making an offer to purchase goods.
You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A legally binding contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched and you receive a dispatch confirmation email from us.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where:

If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping charges and any international duties or taxes are calculated at checkout.
Payments are securely processed through Shopify and its authorised payment providers. Audere Pure Limited does not store payment card details.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–5 working days as products are handmade in small batches.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Risk in the products passes to you once the goods have been delivered to your specified delivery address.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges applied by their country.
7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving goods.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns are only accepted if products are unopened, unused and returned in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable unless goods arrive damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
8. Product Suitability and Allergies
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchasing or using products.
Audere Pure Limited is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities unless caused by a manufacturing fault.
Patch testing is recommended before full use.
9. Intellectual Property
All Website content including branding, product descriptions, imagery and design remains the property of Audere Pure Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Acceptable Website Use
Users must not misuse the Website, introduce malicious software or attempt unauthorised access.
11. Website Availability
We aim to ensure continuous Website availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw Website services at any time.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audere Pure Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption.
13. Force Majeure
Audere Pure Limited shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control including supply chain disruption, natural disasters or postal strikes.
