We want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the nature of skincare products, some return conditions apply.


Your Right to Cancel

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if products are:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless faulty.


Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

We will arrange replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued once returned goods have been inspected and approved. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
