Bakuchiol or retinol: which is better for sensitive skin?
Retinol can cause irritation, flaking and sun-sensitivity, which puts many people with sensitive skin off. Bakuchiol doesn't tend to. Bakuchiol & Helichrysum Facial Oil also contains bisabolol, the soothing part of chamomile, to keep things calm. As with any new product, patch test first.

Is bakuchiol safe in pregnancy?
Retinol is usually avoided in pregnancy, which is one reason people turn to bakuchiol.
