The Skin Lab - by Audere Pure
Mad scientists,
but they smell amazing.
Hands-on workshops where children mix, whip, pour and shake their own natural skincare, real botanicals, real science, and everything they make goes home with them. It looks like play. It's secretly a lesson.
Small groups on purpose.
Make it. Keep it. Show it off.
Seven weeks, seven things they'll be ridiculously proud of.
Some kids come home with a worksheet. Ours come home with a peppermint lip balm they whipped themselves, a rosehip scrub they'd happily sell you, and an educated look that says "I know what's actually in that moisturiser, Mum."
Every single week, they make something real with cosmetic-grade natural ingredients, and take it home, labelled, lidded and loved.
The sneaky educational bit
They think it's fun. It's actually chemistry.
While they're having far too much fun to notice, every session quietly delivers the good stuff:
✦ Detective-level label reading. We hand them real ingredient lists and teach them to crack the code. Part science, part critical thinking, part superpower.
✦ Botany you can touch. Aloe, calendula, chamomile, jojoba, discovering ingredients come from a flower, not a factory.
✦ Measuring, methods, teamwork. Practical maths and collaboration, disguised as the race to make the best face mask in Berkshire.
✦ Develop your own brand. We encourage little ones, to think about their brand. They get the chance to make their own logo, price their products and think about what it might look like as a real business.
✦ Confidence, seven times over. Nothing beats holding up something you made yourself and thinking, I did that.
The After-School Club
Seven weeks of mixing, whipping and pouring with real botanicals. A brand-new make every session — perfumes, balms, scrubs, sprays, oils, masks and shimmer — plus sensory stations and team games along the way.
Birthday Parties
Forget plastic tat that's in the bin by Tuesday. Every guest becomes a skincare scientist for the afternoon and leaves with a handmade creation they're wildly proud of. We bring everything needed to create the products
The grown-up bit
We know you were wondering.
Everything is made with cosmetic-grade natural ingredients — the same standard we hold our own Audere Pure products to. Just tell us about any allergies or sensitivities when you book, and we'll take it from there.
Serious learning, disguised as serious fun.
Spaces are small on purpose. Grab your child's spot before the beakers are all booked.
